These poor women in Ipswich, will the police catch the killer? Do you think that he/she will get too cocky and slip up and leave some vital evidence?

Why do so many people refer to this killer as he? It could just easily be a woman, from what the police have said, there has been no struggle...a woman would be more inclined to trust another woman surely?

They will get him quite quickly, he will have been seen by many people in the area, he or certainly his vehicle will be on tape somewhere. There will never be another ripper scenario as forensic and technology are so far advanced from those days, he has murdered 5 women there are a lot of crime scenes to gather evidence from. One off assassinations by hired killers are the hard ones to solve like the Jill dando murder, i dont think they have the right man there???

Not much resemblance. Jack the Ripper displayed a knowledge of surgical procedure, and removed organs. The one in Ipswich, as I understand it, strangled them.
Assuming the killer continues committing murder, it must surely be just a matter of time before he/she/they are caught. Modern forensic techniques will probably provide the evidence.

Never mind jack the ripper what about the yorkshire ripper? I feel the police no nothing really confident yet, as i feel maybe he/she has watched csi too often.
They reckon from the sheer weight of a dead person it may have took 2 men to lift the bodies. But here,s hoping the girlst are at rest ow. And whoever it is may they reap what they have sown

The police will catch the killer. This isn't like the days of Jack The Ripper, we have technology.

i got shouted at by my gf the other day for refering to the killer as male, aparently women are capable of this kindof thing, i always assumed women were nicer than this
the only way i can see this as being a woman is if she was really annoyed at her husband for seeing hookers so she went and killed them
the killer will b caught, but all this publicity will only feed him/her into continuing to murder until caught
i can't see any end to this other than being caught, otherwise the murders will just continue going
like that one in amaerica where some guy killed like 30 odd hookers over many years

Jack the Ripper was a serial killer who murdered prostitutes in an impoverished part of England. To this day he remains anonymous, though there are many theories as to his identity.

Yes it does sound like a jack the ripper. We refer to the killer as a he because studies show that men are more likely to be serial killers than women.
