no.. I do not feel restless... but I do feel tired. I found the best way to get rid of this is to drink water before I go to bed. I think it is the dehydration that alcohol causes that gives us the 'bad' feelings the next day. Since I started drinking water (a big glass) before I go to bed, I no longer feel tired or get hang overs.

When I go through a heavy weekend of drinking, I get the same way on Monday, and even through Tuesday. I think it's caused by the body's physical withdrawal from the alcohol, some call it the "DT's", "the shakes", you have to have a couple of beers to calm you down the next day...etc...

Thats been happening to me lately too. Its weird, I'm so tired I feel like passing out but I just toss and turn all night. Sorry I couldn't answer your question but at least you're not alone. ALCOHOLICS UNITE!!

I knew a guy in college that was convinced that he was a kung fu master after about three drinks. Generally, we let him go beat some poor bush to hell until he got it out of his system.
Sex also works quite well.

I use to do that, then one day I got toasted and woke up with a bad rash up my legs to my thighs. When I went to the Dr. he said I was allergic to something in the beer, so I went to liquor, same thing.I just gave it up, made me feel strange and my heart race. You may want to be careful.
