The nicer girls are hard to find and always takes a while to get intimate with. But once you find someone that understands who you are, you'll be loved and cherished much longer than the average girl. So, don't go looking for a quick solution. I'm sure there's a guy that'll be only too lucky and blessed to have you for a partner :-)

Because nice girls don't offer any reason for the guy to feel competitive and outgoing, or even to show how awesome they can really be. This isn't to say NOT to be a nice girl, but maybe adding in a little roughness around the edges could add to the mystery. Then again, it's all a mystery anyway, isn't it?
Simply put, the nice girls aren't overlooked, but the obnoxious girls get attention because it's hard not to overlook someone bouncing around in your face in a pain in the butt sort of way. Don't be like that, it's a total turn off in the end anyway.

Throughtout my past relationships (I've only been in two) I tried to be the best girlfriend I could be. I was supportive, caring, loving and encouraging. I even made it a point to give him lots of space, so he had no problem cancelling a date with me to watch a match with his guy friends because he knew I'd be very understanding. Both guys I treated that way let me go, oh so easily.
On the other hand, I know for a fact that they're both (among other male friends I have) going after girls who are basically bitches. One of them was just telling me "I don't care how much she humiliates me and strings me along, I love her and I'd do anything to be with her."
Obviously being a ***** is the attractive quality that guys are looking for these days.
At the moment I'm starting to believe that nice girls will always finish last.

You're not overlooked. We just can't see you standing behind the big headed bad boys that you've been dating while trying to find "the one".
Seriously though, having been one of those 'nice guys', you're time will come. Don't be afraid to ask out a guy you're interested in. Quite often the 'nice guys' are shy too.

Because men are jerks and they pretty much want sex and well they aren't going to go looking for it in a nice girl. However though there are a few out there that want the serious relationship and the good girls or nice girls are the ones they want.

Why rush it you have your whole life ahead of you. Sometimes being alone, and seeing couples together can get to a person. That when you need to stop and think, they may have the good half, but, you have the better half. You can devote all your time to becoming truly what God has designed you to be. Then when your mate shows up, you don't have to question "is he the one" you'll know it. Never rush a good thing, just have patience.

Find a nice guy, not some dude who looks or acts cool. I know it's the cool people everyone wants but they are in truth only shallow, spending all their energies on an act to nab some how shall I say....booty.

same reason the nice guys do.
first, they often tend to play the friend role or the girl in the backgrond role too easily..and the guy often things they are not interested.
it really depends. i had a good conversation about this last night. these are some things i heard about nice girls and why they finish last, LOL..
"i'm looking for a one night stand, and you're too good of a person to use like that"
"you're way to good for me"
"you intimidate me"
"a nice girl like you can't possibly see anything in a jerk like me"
and so on and so on.. and so on..
