Best option is to come off of Cymbalta very slowly.

Another option is to have your doctor replace the Cymbalta with Prozac and then taper off of the Prozac (Prozac has a very long half-life and withdrawal is rarely a problem).

I really don't know about cymbalta! But it took six-months for me to get off Xanax,Seroquel,Abilify,Lexaco, Glipizide, Zyprexia, two more that I can't remember.

yes, by doing it slowly. It can be dangerous to just stop taking them immediately of you have been on them for any length of time. You should ask your doctor who prescribed them, and not a bunch of strangers. it's your life your dealing with, be careful and good luck. Many A.D.'s have weird side effects and can make you feel worse than you did in the first place. wellbutrin is one that is mild...ask your dr.
