just ask her. I don't think it's really common practice to not let girls date until they are 16. Some families have that rule, but not most. Even if she is not allowed to go on a one on one date with you, her parents may let you go on a group date too. Only way to know is to ask! Good luck!

All of you tell him to go on try ask her out but clearly some of you don't know what rejection is and how important these early love stuff are for the future....Anyway try with small things so her parents agree like going to a library to get a book and then ask her if she wants to drink a juice or to eat somethin if she says no don't worry ask her a few more times like when you see her you tell her "Hey , you ow me a juice" try to be funny but not weird...cuzz it's a thin edge beetwen these two....Hope it helps or gives you some ideeas I'm not that good at dating either.

Hey, man, you are a guy, you can ask her out. But you know what, try to be her friend first, or at least go to basketball games or something like that together. Then decide whether you really like her or not. After that, ask her out, if she likes you, she should be able to wait until she 16 or until her parents finally give permission.

Ask her if she can date. You could always ask a friend of her's, but I would think she would be more flatterred if you asked her youself. Go for it. Ask her and find out if she's able. If she isn't, ask her if you two can do something together that her parent's will allow.

Go for it. She'll say no if she can't or isn't comfortable with it. And if she can't maybe she'll say yes anyway and keep it under the hat. Talk to her :) I'm sure she probably can.

At your age we used to say if she is old enuff to go to the store she is old enuff to get bred. But if ya want her to respect you and her parents find out from her and or them.
