Yeah, she caught me sending messages in Myspace. NO contact, just innocent flirting. It's just done online and I feel like she's just jealous.

Its cheating even if she doesn't catch you unless you are both playing the field. If you are in an exclusive relationship then you shouldn't be flirting with anyone. I'm not saying that you can't be talking with other women but flirting is more than that...

It is not cheating if it is just innocent flirting. It is however very upsetting to someone because she probably feels that she deserves your attentions and not some stranger. I am a notorious flirt but i would never be unfaithful...but I make sure that any girl I date knows I tend to flirt, I don't even realise I do it half the time.

See the thing about us guys is we like female attention, and if someone flirts back it is flattering, kind of good for the ego if you will. It is built into us but if you talk with her and explain that you would never cheat on her and that she is the only one you want it may help. Also, you should be careful if it hurts her feelings because some people can't deal with others flirting!

Why do you have the need to flirt online?? If she did the same would it be ok with you?
That is how cheating begins, it starts out innocent, then it gets heavy and then it's to late to undo the damage that has been done.

Sorry you betrayed her. What do you think cheating is? You caused her to feel insecure about your relationship. If you prove to her that that on-line flirting is not technically "cheating", it will not change that. Stop quibbling about definitions and address the problem. You are going to have to tell her WHY you were doing it, and PROVE it was innocent. Good luck.

She probably is jealous. No one likes to find out their boyfriend/girlfriend is flirting with someone else, but the truth of the matter is everyone flirts. You can't help it, it comes naturally. You have to keep yourself in check and not let it go too far. If it is meaningless, then show your girl what you wrote and let her do the same thing. Just be sure not to get mad at her if you see or hear her flirting with some guy. Hope this helps.

Well you really shouldn't be doing that. Myspace is simply for friends and stuff but still. Don't be such a flirt you hurt her feelings.

Way leads on to way and one flirts to open up the possibility of a more intimate relationship. Flirting is an invitation and you apparently already have somebody who accepted yours in good faith. "Everybody else is doing it." is irrelevant. If you want to flirt with somebody, flirt with the person that you don't want to walk out of your life.

If she catches you or not I think it is a form of cheating. Your intentions were wrong. You said it your self you were flirting on-line.

You may have no intention on cheating but that dosent matter. What matters is it isnt okay by your girl, wife? If she's uncomfortable, either find someone who dosent care(many girls like that) or respect her. Theres a funny word for ya.
