Clean it with mild soap daily when you shower. at the opposite end of the day, soak it in a saline solution. Check out tribalectic.com for more info on the soaking.

If you go back to your piercer, they'll help you. After a nasty respiratory infection, I developed a bump on my tragus piercing, which was six months old. I started over like it was day one, with the soaking and everything. I also bought a spray called H2Ocean which really seemed to help.

I used to work for The Body Shop and I once had a guy come in w/an infected nose piercing. The place that did it told him to use tea tree oil to clean it 2-3 times a day. They sell it.....it's like $7 a bottle.

clean it twice a day with saline solution and a mild soap such as baby shampoo use the baby shampoo on the outside and the saline on the inside do not use antibacterial soap, alcohol, peroxide etc because one it is to harsh and two it does not kill all bacteria in some cases it traps it which allows for growth later the bump will go away in time once the infection is gone

GO back to the place where you got it pierced or call a doctor's office.

Take out your nose ring. Or apply rubbering alcohol with a cotton ball on it.
