You could also check the website listed below, they list various rifles for sale and allow people to bid on them. I'm not sure if you'll need an ffl license to recieve shipment should you win a bid, however, your local gun shop should be able to assist with such transactions.

The Model 94 is a Winchester. If you want a comparable Marlin lever action 30-30 you'll need to look for a Model 336. The Marlin Model 1894 was not made in a 30-30. It was chambered for 25-20 WCF, .32-20 WCF, .38-40 WCF, or .44-40 WCF and was made from 1894-1934.
I'm guessing you're looking for the Model 336 to hunt with, not a Model 1894 Marlin.

That's a good rifle and Marlin has sold a bunch of them over the years, so finding one should be easy.
You can check prices on some of the gun auction or for sale websites like:
www.auctionarms.com
www.gunbroker.com
www.gunsamerica.com
www.galleryofguns.com
On the last link, you can also find local dealers by tryping in your zip code.
I just did a quick search and found lots of 94s, but none in 30-30. Are you sure it was made in that caliber? I know the Marlin 336 was...I see those in pawn shops all the time.

A good trigger? Get a Savage 10 or 110 with an Accu-Trigger. The 10 is a short action, and would be available in .308 Win, and the 110 is a long action, which would be your .30-06 Springfield. And honestly, I'd suggest .30-06 Springfield. It's got a slightly higher level of energy, and ammunition is nearly ubiquitous. Since .308 Winchester is a rough analogue for milsurp 7.62x51mm NATO, people are hoarding it... therefore, .30-06 Springfield will be more available.

I own a Winchester 94 in 30-30. The Marlin you are looking for is probably the 336. Check your local Wal-Mart or any gun shop in your area.

Personaly I would go for a Winchester model 94 unless you are planning on mounting a scope because its a pain in the @$$ to mount one on the Winchester. The 30-30 cartridge is not very accurate over 150yds so I can't see why anybody would want a scope on a 30-30 anyways.

Check your local yellow pages for gun stores. And if you are going to put a scope on it go no higher than a 4x.
