So, as it's a 3.2mp camera, I'm going to assume the images size is 2048x1532 or some such. At that size, 5x7 is the biggest size print you're going to want to make.

At that size, you're at 300pixels/inch, which is something like magazine-quality pictures. If you tried going to 8x10, you're looking at 200 pixels/inch, which is not to be considered "high" quality.

I both agree and disagree with Tank. You should aim for 300 dpi for a good picture, but 200 is still reasonable for a picture that you want to frame and hang up on a wall.
Maybe the best way to judge is to look at the picture on your screen. If you've got a 15" monitor, then a portrait-oriented picture displayed full screen will be about the same size as an 8X10 print. Does it look good? If it does, why not?
Oh yean, you can definitely print 5X7

It depends on what kind of editing will have to be done on the photo. If you are going to have to 'zoom' or crop in on anything you will want to print a 5x7 or maybe smaller. If it has to be lightened or sharpened, the same- 5x7>. If no or little modifications need to be made, you will probably get away printing an 8x10. Also, it might depend on where the photo will be displayed. If you are going to set it on a table where people will be 10 inches from it, they may notice the bad quality. If it will be hanging on the wall where they will be feet from it, more than likely they won't notice.
Good Luck.

You could probably go 8x10 at the largest setting (large size + highest resolution). May be a bit grainy, but not bad.
