I like this boy in my Chemistry class and today I said he was really fine. The only thing he said was thanks. I don't know if he likes me back or even intrested. I would like to know but I don't know how or what to ask him. I also don't know If I should speak to him. I think I really embarassed myself.

I already asked him if he had a girlfriend and at the time he did. Now they have recently broken up. He know knows I am kind of intrested in him.

Don't be embarrassed. You didn't lie or scheme or play any head games. You did what you could, now the rest is up to him. Anything else looks desperate.

My friend did the same thing and she started feeling the same way you did. The best thing you can do is pull him to the side and ask him straight out you would be suprised at how many boys are attracted bold girls. Then there is a diffrent alternative like writing him a letter or getting his myspace (im guessing u have one) and talk to him there. Or like me my friend sent me to see what was up and i got all the info i needed so ask a friend to help you out

Well, usually if a girl gives me a compliment I like to give them one back if I like them. I guess it depends the situation. If I were you I would just ask him out on a date. I know I know... girls don't ask guys out. Not true though. It happens. If he says yes to the date then just see how it goes. You know what to do from there.

Ask him out to lunch or something innocuous like that; if he accepts, you're getting somewhere, if not, back off and let him make the next move.

You should just become really close to him and tell him that you, like him. That works all the time. I had a freind that did that and now she is with him

You need to do a bit of detective work to find out what he thinks about you - saying 'thanks' could mean his not interested particularly... Or it could mean you took him by surprise and he was embarrassed.
Either way you have to know, but don't be worried about embarrassing yourself because remember you only live once.

I used to feel that alot but now he talks to me. Look at him alot and smile. Flort with him and he wil eventually get the idea. Goodluck!

ok...do u even know his name? if so start talking....being friends leds to liking which leds to dating so talk to him first and get to know him. then everything should fall into place.
