I don't want to be mean, but making a girl jealous for your own benefit is a really immature way of dealing with your feelings. A guy I really liked tried to make me jealous, and let me tell you, I was NOT impressed. He got the answer he wanted, but he didn't get any further than that. It really hurt me, and I didn't like him nearly as much after he did this.
It sounds like you don't know this girl that well, because if you did, you'd know whether or not she likes you. Just try to talk to her, start a conversation, become friends with her. Take it from me, this would be the better way to go. You're going to have to put yourself up for a little bit of a risk if she's shy, or seems hard to talk to. But if you're persistant, I'm sure she'll open up to you.

as soon as i get jealous over a guy i give up. if hes paying attention to other girls i move on and dont even bother. if you make her jealous you will push her away. just be honest with her

you date her best friend and see her reaction if she reacts badly toward her friend then you know shes jealous. if she refuses to speak to you anymore then shes jealous, if she asks normal. just give up

jealousy is a bad too to test the waters. it can totally blow up in your face. how about you just ask her straight up.. it'll work better for you.
