All of us would be named "WAH". Because at birth that is all you can say.

I don't know. But any would have been better than Karen. It's such a boring name. I struggled to name my daughter let alone myself! I called her Jasmine and I was unsure at the time and I'm still unsure now. She hates it but loves Jas, she doesn't answer if you give her her full name. She is 8 now and I have always promised her that I will pay for her to change it when she's older if she wants. I don't see why she should go through life with a name she doesn't like because of me.

I love my first name. It was after something in a very famous book. However, I didn't get a middle name. I would have picked something for that...unfortunately, all the girl names I love wouldn't match up...
Ones that would be a close second:
Rose
Deirdre
Lucy
Hadassah
Gabrielle
Lisa

A girl I know changed her name from Chena to Kate .... but she was really weird.

I am happy with the name I was given. Growing up in the Jessica/Jennifer/Emily time, I wanted my name to be Stacy. hahaha..

But now being older, I can appreciate being named Elaine after my Grandmother.

Well, concidering that as I was growing up there was at least 3-4 other "Crystal's" in my school. I would have loved to of had a different name. Now, it don't matter to me. My name is fine. Most people who know me though (parents, husband, brothers) call me Chris anyways.

I wouldn't change my name, I like the fact that not many people have it. Danelle is my real name. It's pronounced Da~Nell or Duh~Nell, if easier.
