(Revised seeing as I forgot somethings) Ok, I asked this already, but I forgot a few key elements. I want to pierce my right ear for the third time, my dad says no, and my mom says yes. Mom said I could get it done professoinally, but it's cheeper to just do it myself. Now on my other question, everyone made it look like my dad's an angel, well, he's not. He's a alcoholic, and a mean drunk. The man's beat me before, so pleae, no answers with 'obey your angel father'

I've done it before, twice, and I want to add a thrid to my right ear.
My mom said it's ok if I do it, and said that I could get it done professionally, but that I could also do it myself.
My dad doesn't want me to 'have anymore damn holes in my body'. He's an alcoholic and a mean drunk, so please don't tell me to obey my angel of a father, tell me facts about 'getting it done professonally will be more expensive'.
and one last time, I've done it before

i'm no longer constructive you ought to do it on your own, yet once you've a chum who's keen that could be functional you ought to do it. My mom pierced my ears, and quite a number of alternative persons's. you'll want to numb your ear lobe first. both by using freezing it with an ice dice, or pinching it between a spring-loaded clothespin. Then, utilizing a large stitching needle, and your ear lobe placed with a bar of cleansing soap in the back of it, pierce the ear. pulling the needle all by using. in the present day put in an earring. you'll want to sponge the area, with the earring nonetheless in, with alcohol on a cotton ball. do this countless circumstances an afternoon, for some weeks. be constructive to curl the earring round in the piercing hollow many circumstances an afternoon, to assist in the therapeutic. this is going to nonetheless harm to do it your self, even though it will be performed, and extremely effectively!

I know it might be cheaper to do it yourself but it's also cheaper to give yourself lypo... same difference. If you go to Claire's, it's not that expensive... 20 bucks, tops. It's quick, easy and safer than doing it yourself. The whole ice cube on the ear doesn't help, I've tried it. My sister tried to pierce my ears when I was 4-5 and it hurt like a you know what...

There are some things worth paying for, and piercings are one of them. Go to a piercing studio, not a mall. It will cost more, but the healing will be much easier, and in the event that you have problems later, you'll have someone to go to for support.
You're really better off doing it yourself with a needle than having it pierced at the mall with a gun. read more at tribalectic.com

Your Mom sounds like she's got the corner on wisdom with this one.The ear part, I mean.
Sounds like you both would benefit more from a visit with a local women's shelter & getting the support you need to get out of an abusive situation.
My heart goes out to you, my prayers go up for you.
Check it out, your life will so improve, you'll look at it as one of the best decisions you ever made. You are worth it.
Take care.

dont go to claires dont do it yourself....go to the piercer and have it done professionally. then again why you asking a bunch of strangers for your opinion. If you pierced yourself before then I'm pretty sure your gonna do it again. I'm sick of leaving advice that NO ONE will follow...and then I wonder why they are asking qestions when they have their mind made up anyways. MY advice go to a professional reputable piercer. you mom says its ok..then have her sign for you.

I don't like too many piercings but I say if you know exactly what you are doing go ahead and do what you want to do but, I would rather get it done proficiently.

it's cheaper but don't do it. unless you have good insurance, it will be cheaper in the long run to get it done professionally, then doing it yourself, getting an infection then going to the emergency room.

yeah its free at claires, but the earings to go with it are thirty five dollars. if you are sure you can do it safely yourself, go on, and good luck with the whole dad thing...
