You hit it on the head when you said Billy Blanks. Anything with his name on it works. Also, make sure that you workout on an empty stomach and not to eat until 1-hr after excercise! Good luck. Oh, yeah make sure that you stay hydrated too.

I just bought Bill Blanks Boot Camp DVD about a week ago. The first time I did it, I had to stop after about 30 min. (half way through), which is good because I know I need to work up to doing the whole tape, no breaks. Some of things they do on the tape are kind of hard. There are things I just can't do, but hopefully, with practice I'll eventually be able to do them. What I like most about the DVD is that you don't need any equipment, not even dumbells. The day after my first workout I could hardly move, which I liked because it showed how hard I had worked. I did it for the second time last night at I'm still pretty sore, but not as bad.

Anything by Cathe Friedrich will work. She's got one called Maximum Intensity Strength, both DVD and video, that is an awesome weight training workout. I run marathons and do triathlons, and that tape still kicks my butt.

Also try "Firm Basics." It's really old, and the costumes look kinda cheesy, but it'll kick your butt.

WALK AWAY THE POUNDS is a wonderful DVD series of exercises. It comes in a pack that includes 1 mile, 2 mile, & a 3 mile walk all in the comfort of your home, and you feel wonderful after you do it. It tones your arms & legs, gets your waist line involved, I lost 7lbs already!!

Veena and Neena's Bellydance videos are really fun, tone the tummy, and are hot to do! you can find them on www.naturaljourneys.com. They're only about twenty minutes long and with consistency, work well for toning the lower body.
