OF COURSE WE COULD ALWAYS KEEP ALL OF OUR RIGHTS AND NOT MODIFY THEM FOR THE SITUATION AND BE DEAD. AS ALWAYS, ITS A MATTER OF CHOICE. CASE IN POINT. IF YOU HAVE A BAD GUY WHO, IF YOU TORTURE HIM, WILL REVEAL THE PLOT TO WIPE OUT 5000 PEOPLE INCLUDING YOUR FAMILY SAY AT A SPORTING EVENT, YOU MUST VIOLATE HIS RIGHTS TO GAIN THAT INFORMATION AND STOP THE MASSACRE. WHAT DO YOU DO. MOST FOLKS I WOULD WAGER WOULD ELECT TO SAVE THE LIVES. BUT UNDER THE SYSTEM YOU WOULD BE, BY ANY DEFINITION, VIOLATING HUMAN RIGHTS.
