I placed this order (Luis Bunuel's "Viridiana") about 6 months ago but so far haven't received it. What is puzzling is that I had ordered books and DVDs previously from Amazon.com but never had any problems about receiving them. I have tried tracking down my missing order through their Internet site but could not find any item that deals with customer complaints such as mine. Does Amazon have any Complaints Department to which I could address my current complaint?

If you go into their help area, they have an option to contact customer service by phone...If you hit the button, it will give you a window where you can put in your phone number, and they'll call you (instantly).

I did this yesterday, when I had a question about my order, and it was very nice.

I highly recommend that you connect with them...Perhaps they can help you figure out why your order hasn't shipped.

And it is probable that you never will receive anything. If you went for one of the listings for a "used" DVD and did not check on their reliability, you have fallen for what I fell for. Ethnic gentlemen who hitorically do these things have nothing but a computer in their garage. They will take the money from your credit card and send you nothing. I understand that the racket nets them thousands.
