First of all, it depends what type of Feng Shui (tradtional or new age) you want to learn more about. New age Feng Shui would be something like BTB Feng Shui. To learn about more traditional Feng Shui with the reasonings behind certain rulings you can go to: www.smilingbamboo.com.
You're not going to be an expert overnight just by reading it, but it'll give you a pretty solid understanding of how it works.

To start, check your library for the DVD "Feng shui: Creating environments for success and well-being" by Feng Shui Productions ; producer Deborah Gee. It's a simple, 60 minute movie that gives a good basic introductory summary things, brief history, and basic techniques.

go take a class if you can. it is a complex matter, and i guess there are some dvds out there, but i would go talk to someone 1 on 1, this will tell you if you they are the right teacher for you, and if they have some credibility.
