i really need big help please!
okay so its like what everyone wants; a boyfriend or girlfriend and i am one of those people. i really want a boyfriend and i already have someone in mind.
this is what is going on so far:
he already knows (so does everyone else at school)
i am obsessed with him
dont know eachother
no classes together
dont talk to eachother
we have so much in common
it is sad, but i feel that we were meant to be. i swear he is just like me. his birthday is a week before mine - he is athletic - he is very hot(not to say i am =]) - he seems nice - his mom is a teacher - he is half mexican half white - he is shy - he likes USC! that is what we have in common; his mom teaches at the same school as my mom. it is very scary and even when i was looking at the yearbook, his picture was right under mine! i really feel that we were to be but why do i keep turning away from my chances? what do i when the winter ball (a dance) comes!!!

Adrienne, good luck on the Winter Ball. He sounds great. It tough to get someone to like you and to act on that liking. Sometimes they like you but are too shy to say or do anything. So, you might try going right up to him and saying that you would like to spend some time with him, get a cup of coffee or just go for a walk or something. Nothing too committing, just something simple. If he says "No", you are right where you are now. If he says "yes", then the rest is up to you. Sometimes guys need a kick in the butt to get moving. Remember, if you don't ask the question you've already accepted "no" as the answer. Go for it. And good luck.

Firstly...I would say you should cool off a bit...Don't be so obsessed and stalkerish. Especially since you two don't actually know each other and you seem to know so much about him is kinda...creepy. And honestly, that might also creep him out.
Best way to handle this is to start talking to him. Say hi to him in the hallways, let him get to know you. Once you are actually comfortable with talking to him, then think about actually dating. How can you expect to go out with someone you don't even talk to? So just calm down, relax, and let your real personality shine through.

Take it you really shy. The best way is to grab a piece of paper, write your number on it; walk up and give it in his hand saying you dropped this; trust me it works 9/10 times. Other than that I can not think of a way. Gather some guts AND GO FOR IT GIRL.

This is what I hear. It's meant to be but I won't make it happen. Do something, If you're too afraid and the opportunity slips through the cracks, then I guess you can't say that you were meant to be together. There's an old proverb- God provides for the fox, but the lion provides for himself. Be the lion. Grrrr.

Man there are a lot of highschool kids on here..NE WAYZ, HS kids deserve to be loved too I guess.
If you are too shy to make the first move (men love confident women who go for what they want) then I suggest you just slip a note in his locker telling him it is from his secret admirer. You'd like to get to know him better over lunch on X date at X time.

Try to start hanging out with him, as a casual friend, you know. After a while, you'll be buds, and you won't have as much to lose if you ask him to the dance. I say go for it!!

You need to let the boy know one-to-one that you want him. This "everybody knows, so he knows" theory is kinda shaky.....
Ask him out....if you can't, well, send him flowers....that should prompt a response.
Your "signs" of why you should be together are merely coincidence. You need to find out if there's any "real" chemistry between you.
