Tuna Casserole:
Boil pasta (whatever kind you like, we usually use egg noodles)
1 can cream soup
1/2 can milk
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup onion (optional)
1 can peas
2 cans of tuna
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Just mix everything together, top with cheese and bake for about 25-30 minutes at 350 Degrees.

Here's a few things I do:
When I am in a pinch and it is 6:00 and there is nothing for dinner:
potpies- my 1 year old loves them and they have veggies, meat, and starch
garden burgers- yum yum and takes no time to cook (make sure there is no soy allergies to worry about).
lunch-meat cubed up, cheese cubes, and veggies
I make some meals on the weekends to feed all week, such as:
baked chicken that I cut into cubes and serve with mixed veggies (buy a bag of frozen mixed veggies, put about 1/4 cup in a zip lock bag with a tablespoon of water, seal up all but 1/2 inch of bag and microwave for 1 minute).
I also make a mix of brown rice, cubed chicken, peas, carrots, and chicken gravy (which she loves and can self feed).
Once in awhile you can do something like mac n' cheese or a noodle soup that you take out of the bowl with a fork (they can self feed the noodles and chunks).
Good luck.

I try to avoid frozen, processed food as much as possible. Pasta with vegtables ie. courgettes, mushrooms, aubergene, peppers or pesto sauce or bolgense. Faffel, pitta, chopped salad ie tomatoes, cucumber. Mini sweetcorn, carrots, mangetout are all easy, quick and interseting for little ones. Shepards pie, casseroles, soups can all be made and frozen so they are to hand in a hurray. Introduce the kids to lots of fresh, healthy food now and you'll save alot of effort in the long run. My 19 months old daughter loves vegetables, fruit etc. Good luck

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNCyH
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I work a lot of hours so when I get home I don't have time to cook so here are some ideas:
= frozen crispy chicken - heat and make crispy salad (bag salad) with fun fillers - like chinese noodles, croutons, veggies, raisens, pair with a good bread
= Loudon broil - put in crock pot with onion soup mix, and 2 cans beef broth come home heat some egg noodles and the beef pulls apart to top on noodles
= chicken and rice - put 2 cups uncooked rice in crock pot with 3 cans creamy chicken soup, top with chicken breast let cook come home and serve.
Let me know if you need some more ideas.

I like to make my daughter different kinds of pasta. It is so versatile, you can just throw whatever you have in there and it will usually come out good. Also, a great way to sneak in some veggies; squashes, mushrooms, bell peppers. etc. But of course she has her days where she will only eat peanut butter sandwiches...but at least she is eating lol.

roasted chicken chunks
bbq chicken chunks
fish sticks
peices of fish prepared anyway you like
tuna melts (tuna on piece of bread with cheese on top) microwave and cut up
