Who cares? Its who lost that matters. Those who won won't be held accountable and will keep their spoils, so forget them. Saddam or suicide bombs every day...? I'll take Saddam thank you. So would the Iraqi people at this stage, but of course they're just left with a destroyed country with no chance of stability for many years to come. "Liberated" me hole. What it needs is a dictator with a brutal rule to scare any dissent away. The wonderful U.S system of trigger happy control-freak republicans and whiney do-gooder democrats will of course prevent this. I'm serious, what else other than a dictator will bring Iraq back from the brink?

According to George W. Bush and dick Cheney, we won. All we have to do now is a little policing up. The military-industrial complex that Dwight D. Esinhower warned us about in his farewell speech in 1960 is the real winner seeing as they now totally control the United States.

liberals...they got power that was never intended for them by sandbagging the american public into thinking they had a quick fix. the public is only now starting to learn none such exists and fighting jihad is an uphill battle. the study group was a nice idea but put little on the table of substance.

clearly there is no winner. The people of Iraq are the losers. But the winner is not evident right now.
