There are a few things you can take that can help morning sickness. B6 and Unisom tablets are helpful, but as far as these are concerned you need to talk to you doctor about taking them. Ginger has also been helpful. Another option is Preggie Pops. They work wonders for many women who suffer from morning sickness. They are drug free and also good for labor. You can read more about them at http://www.threelollies.com/
Many of my clients use these with much success.

You can't cure it, but you can manage it. And it will go away eventually.
Try ginger - in any form - cookies, tea, ginger ale, capsules, fresh (check w/ your doctor first though). And there's a product out called "Preggie pops" that has ginger as the main ingredient that you can get them at almost any specialty matenity store for around $10.00.
Some people swear by acupressure wrist bands, but I don't know how those work.
Otherwise there's the old trick of eating soda crackers before you get out of bed or before the time the morning sickness usually hits, but it doesn't work really well.

Skip the saltines....have a glass of orange juice as soon as you wake up in the morning. Morning sickness is a sign that your body/baby needs a vitamin boost. Drink the juice and you shouldn't have morning sickness again. It worked for me. If OJ is too acidy for you have something sweet. Apple, pear, banana...whatever. Just get those vitamins in there and remember to stay high protein for the pregnancy. Lots of chicken, fruits and veggies. Only use bread for a sandwich and eat breakfast every morning! Good luck hun!

I had really bad morning sickness with both my kids.
The doctor for my second child told me to try B vitamins, B12 and B6 specifically. I bought a bottle of B-Complex and took them with my prenatal vitamins. And it worked beautifully.
I'd swear by them. They also helped with the fatigue.
