If a illegal comes here has a baby and then gets deported thus leaving their babies here in the USA. If you do something illegal then expect to hurt everyone else. The person who did such a thing should get the blaim not the US...

If the mother gets deported, then she has the right to take her child with her. And when the child turns 18 (Years) then the child can petition to have the mothers status adjusted so she can come to the U.S. One thing about illegals, no one here dragged them over the river or across the desert (border). They came on their own and they took their chances. Some get lucky and make it, and some don't. Such is life.

I know for a fact that INS will send the child back with the parent when the parent is in deportation proceedings. That is if the child does not have an immediate relative in the US.

why is it so difficult to close this little loophole in American legislation?
I will rewrite it now:
A. If a child is born in the United States from two illegal immigrants (non US citizens) the child and parents will be deported and the child is not a US citizen
B. .....if one parent is illegal.....the child and illegal parent are deported and the child is not a US citizen.
Easy.
