Am I able to file a law suit against a Restaurant whereas I have been prejudice against. As in, spoken to in a humilating and disrepecting way to receive good customer service.

Instead of sue for money why dont you give your experience to a tv station. they eat it up. Call the corporation about your experience and threaten to go to the media if they dont take action against the individuals who were racist. sueing isnt the answer. bad publicity will earn you respect.

How many people heard it? Will they be witnesses to it? Cause at least here in the good ol' usa, you need to proof what they said. Because they are innocent until proven otherwise (since you would be the one bringing the lawsuit).

Rude customer service is generally not grounds for a lawsuit.

get in touch with the better business bureau and file a complaint.
