I think everything you referred to is so true! I think its so ridiculous that people like me are so lazy when it comes to working out and yet we will be happy to shove down a double cheese burger down our throats!

I enjoy working out and do so 3-4 days a week. It's the getting started that hard for some people. The stepping onto the machine or the starting a workout program in the first place. Once started though, it's all good and you feel so much better afterwards.
Those who don't workout, don't believe me when I tell them that. They think that you must be tired after working out and can't believe that you feel even more pumped afterwards.

Not all people lack the motivation to work out. And some that you may consider lazy or fat are unable to workout because of serious health issues. So I think your statement is biased. Plus it's not really a question.

I think that a RESULT of exercise is feeling good, which motivates us to do it again. However, for those of us who don't exercise, getting the strength or desire to do it the first time requires will power, since the "feel good" hormones haven't kicked in yet. So, the best advice: "Do it even when you don't feel like doing it If you wait until you FEEL like doing it, it will never get done."

Do your trips to market with a list and a time limit; that way, you're unlikely to stray into the prepared foods section.

"i dislike feeling tired out"
Being on a routine work-out cycle will not leave you feeling tired, it will leave you far more energetic.
The only serious health issue fat people have that prevents them from working-out is being fat. There are very simple ways to exercise that can effectivly reduce body weight. Having a heart problem, back issue, bad knees, etc are not valid excuses.

Decaf coffee is a good low-calorie fluid when you're having cravings (and an excellent source of antioxidants).
