You can get whatever kind of tattoo you want. Just keep in mind that as trends pass that tattoo will still be there. Be sure in your choice as removing a tattoo is never pleasant and it does scar, regardless of new technologies.
Have fun with them, I would suggest making your own and that way you know no one else will have the same one. (this coming from someone with 10 originals)

Yes if they tattoo Mickey and other Disney characters which are considerd brand name then you sould be able to get the Joga Bonita Crest.

Yeah, but depending on what you want (size, color, detail,etc) it might cost more. I don't know what this crest looks like. For example though, the cadillac emblem would be extremely more costly than a nike check/swoosh logo

yeah contact the company and ask them if they will sponsor you in doing it!
They might pay for the tatoo or even pay you extra to get it!
it's good advertisement for them.
