y dont you get it chemically straightend, put some highlights in, and make it like a surfer shag type thing

Ok, so i'm not a guy, but I love hairstyling, so I hope to help. You can get a short, messy, razor cut mop cut, which would look cute. Unfortunatly, if you have curly hair, it might look more like an afro, you have to be the judge, because there are different DEGREES of curly, if you know what i mean.
Also, a mid length razor cut shag style. Again, you might have to add some extra care depending on different factors. I know some guys who use ceramic straiteners to keep their hair nice and smooth. This would look excellent, but remember to condition your hair whenever you apply heat to your hair.
