If there are bare live wires he may not get electrocuted, but he may not be able to stop peeing and it will hurt...when my brother was little he accidentally peed on an electric fence and he said that he couldn't stop peeing and that it hurt...several of the guys I grew up with said that this is true...I don't know why this happens, not one clue, but it's funny as all get out!!!

prob not electrocuted, unless it was standing in a puddle or wet grass or something. it could get a hella of a shock though. when my youngest son was about 5, his older brother talked him into peeing on the electic fence wire surrounding my horse corral. apparently, he got quite a shock, from his nose to his toes. they are all in their 20's now, and i just heard about this little incident a few months ago. geez, what naughty kids!!

No I don't thinks so, but I'm sure that depends on the overall condition of the lights.

If the wires are old and if bare wire showing then sure they can. But as long as the wires have the plastic/rubber cover that you buy them with and stay in good shape, then this should not happen.
