There isn't one because laziness is not a diagnosis. Laziness might be defined as the characteristic of not having the energy or motivation to do something.
However, what one might define as laziness could be a symptom of depression or anxiety and could also be attributed to side effects of psychotropic meds.

Well some people who come across as 'lazy' often tend to be scared. Think about it this way: Someone who won't do things, try new things, gain experience... yeah, fair enough they might not be @rsed but from a psychological viewpoint they may be scared of failing so much that they cannot make themselves do things! Just a thought after a book I read!

Observing one who is lazy:
Most people would define a non active individual or I quote "Lazy @$$ mother f*cker" as somebody who behaves unnaturally sluggish. They tend to try and find the control instead of simple getting there fat @$$ up and going to the t.v., decided not to go out with friends for extended periods of time for reasons being that they don't feel like it, and are just plain boring.
