Not directly.
You would have to take San Bernadino Line to either Union Station or San Bernadino and then take an Orange County Line to Anaheim.
You would then have to take a Regular Bus to Disneyland.

Metrolink doesnt really service Disneyland directly
as people have said you could take one of the San Berandino
trains to Los Angeles, then change to a Orange County
line but I would suggest that you get off in Fullerton as OCTA has direct service from the Fullerton Metrolink/Amtrak station to
Disneyland
another option is that you could also take one of the Metrolink eastbound to Riverside (depending on time of day, then transfer to a Riverside-Fullerton (thats know as the 91 line)
