Yea, she is just looking you for you. You honestly think your MOTHER is going to allow your boyfriend to have sex with you? If she is going to do that, why dont you just ask her to put the condom on him for you? Even if you don't plan on doing that with him, he plans on doing it with you. So, listen to your mother. She does know what is best for you and is just looking out for you.

honey...while you are under her roof abide by her rules....you are old enough to get a flat...your 18...and that's the legal age to leave home in UK...so why not find a place of your own then your boyfriend can stay over with you....oh...not all birth control is 100% safe either, she has your best interests at heart and does not want you having babies at such a young age....that's the reason why she is not allowing him to sleep in your room, it's her home so just stick to the rules....

first of all i have to say that if you were my daughter i would not let your bf sleep in your room either the living room would probably be OK.
second of all talk to her have you told her how you feel? this time in your life is hard for her too. you are still her little girl but you are also becoming an adult. talk to her you may be surprised to find her just as confused.

If you are so independent, why don't you have a house of your own? And the boyfriend, how mature is he, if he can't even spring for a place of his own?...TACKY.
A definition of maturity is: When all the bills arrive at the house you are paying for, and they are ALL addressed to you.

Neither one of you are mature enough to sleep together. You still have to ask for your Mom's permission for everything.
