I don't know if there's anything wrong with me but when I'm with my boyfriend I never want to go any further than kissing and cuddling. It's not that I'm not attracted to him coz I am and I've thought about sex but when I'm with him I get scared or something and it gets kinda awkward. Whenever things are about to get further something always stops me from doing it and I just can't go on. Is it because I feel guilty because I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't have premarital sex or I'm just not ready?

No its not weird. You made a promise to urself u should try and stick to it. Besides everything happens for a reason, cuz not feeling to go any further with ur bf is happening for a reason. You should stick with ur feelings and dont rush in to anything, u might b making a big mistake if u do. When the time is rite u will know. GoodLuck!

It isn't weird at all. I waited till I was 19 myself. My only concern is how your boyfriend is reacting to your reluctancy! As long as he isn't pressuring you at all that's great and he's a catch. But don't let the thought of losing him push you to making that big of a decision only to find that you might regret it. Do not feel guilty...I have a hard time understanding that feeling ...you have nothing to feel guilty about...remember it's your choice, your body and your feelings that come first. Your first time should be special and when your comfortable enough it will happen.

Yes. If you made that promise you will always have it in the back of your mind. And its a goal that's worth while. For sex you need to be totally relaxed otherwise its really not worth it. Wait and enjoy it when you ready. Nothing wrong with you. I waited and it was totally worth it.

No it isnt I wasnt interested in sex till I was almost 24. Too busy with other things. School, work, career, finding a place to live... to even worry about it

wait until u and your boyfriend have a super strong relashionship, then talk with him when your ready, sex is all about the commitment.
