Double-click the Recycle Bin icon on your desktop.

Double click it Icon on your desktop.(if you mean a recycle bin on Windows OS not your recycle bin in your room)

There should be a icon on your desktop labled "Recycle Bin"
Or if its not there, then Right click on your desktop, click properties, click on the desktop tab, then click "customize desktop" Then click on "restore defaults".

if its not on your desktop you have issues with your registry..
