I'm trying to find a new hair routine. I am chinese with thick/oily hair, and a little dandruff-y. I don't have more than a few dollars or so to spend.

use the new garneir fructic clear and shine it makes you hair really nice and smooth and shiny and its not alot of money prolly round 4.95 or sumthin not alot
