About two parts chile powder. (I like ancho or chipotle)
two parts cumin
and one part dried cilantro.

Add it to the chili until it's hot enough, and add salt until it's salty enough. It's a very subjective thing.

Sorry, I don't measure, but here are seasonings I use...
Gourmet salt or seasoned salt
Fresh garlic
Fresh bell pepper
Fresh onion
Chili powder
Ground cumin
McCormick garlic pepper blend
McCormick roasted garlic and red bell pepper blend
It can vary depending what I have on hand.
If I want a little kick I add some hot sauce.

Brown off some mince (adequate to feed your relations - do not comprehend how massive your relations is) with an onion and garlic. upload a tin of chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and the kidney beans. mix all that up and then throw in some chili powder, salt and far of black floor pepper. I also favor to operate some yellow peppers because it makes it seem enormously at the same time as it truly is on your plate! go away all that to simmer in a pot on the range at the same time as you deal with some rice, baked potatoes or sparkling baguettes. appreciate!!
