weigh yourself on the same scale/wearing the same clothes/ once in the morning and once at night. what is the difference?
I weighed 194@10am and 192 @ 1:30pm -2lbs

Man it works, I did lose weight given the fact I had only one jalapeno burger, large order of fries and a coke today for lunch when I normally have two.

Weighing yourself at different times of the day is not an accurate way to tell how much weight you lost. It is a fact that your weight will vary throughout the day. If you really want to know how much weight you lost, weigh yourself again tomorrow at 10AM and compare it to your 10AM weight today. And, as you said, use the same scale and wear the same clothes.

Once you drop a "deuce" that would be like 3-5 more pounds.
