I was supposed to be a father.... But the young lady that was pregnant with my child....... Left me a week before my child was born... We were living a good life together but she didn't think so....
She told me about a week after she had my child that she was a blooming baby girl and she said she named her Jaylyn rose Sones (her last name). She said I was not aloud to have contact with my child who is now 4 yrs old and i havnt seen her yet..... All the guys her mother brings home after she has had a few drinks, she thinks are her father.... She is to young for this crap and i think my daughter has a right to see her father don't you think?

You need a lawyer to help you out. I would also suggest a DNA test to make sure she is your child. Has she requested any child support from you? It will be awkward for the child at first when you are able to see her since you are a stranger. So get a good lawyer.

Best of Luck

I agree about the DNA test. It seems kind of funny that she just up and left. Maybe she knew the child wasn't yours and couldn't face the truth. On the other hand, if the child is yours(get the test), you have every right to be a part of her life! I really don't understand why you've waited four years to want this. Don't lose any more precious time. Best of luck.

ok what you need to do is get in contact with DSS (Department of Social Services). This way you can legaly see yourchild there is no reason why you can see your child i would deff call DSS you have the RIGHT to see your child aslong as your not a danger to her.
