Chicken, turkey and fish have a ton of protein but little fat, which works out great. Almonds and nuts, believe it or not, are great for protein as well (more-so than most meats). Beans are packed with goodness needed to build your body healthily and brown rice is jam-packed with goodness as well.
Believe it or not, most beef and pork are bad for body building because of the amount of fat they have compared to protein and how well we can ingest the proteins form these meats. A good sirloin sounds like the best idea, but it really is not.
To work with the protein though you need to remember enzymes are needed to break down the proteins. Without enzymes, your body will store the proteins and fat or just get rid of it all together. Vegetables are needed for enzymes and iron. They refresh your cellular structures too and clean your blood well. Dairy products are also a no-go, save for yogurt (which is actually a ton of protein and enzymes in a bottle, not milk).
So with some a fruit (for blood sugar and energy), trail mix and yogurt for breakfast, stir-fried vegetables for lunch and bean with chicken or rice with fish dinner every day, you're going to be a power-house in only a couple weeks. If you're looking for the ultimate diet for body building with little loss, that'd be it. Not only will you look awsome, you're gonna feel absolutely great!

Make sure you read about your dietary needs first, everything in excess can be harmfull (as well as everything in scarcity). Check out this website, it has a pretty good table of some foods high in protein.
