German Shepard?

As the height and weight would suggest I'm thinking a female GSD (German Shepherd Dog).

In my own experience, Boxers, or any of the Bully breeds, are not easy to train.

The herding group, which includes GSDs, are very biddable and easy to train for what you describe.

Okay it is way too small and light for a german shepard. So I would have to say a boxer, they are about that size and of german origin.
