Gray hairs at 33? OH NO! I have gray hairs and i'm 26. So gray hairs in a dream means, be thank full you had so many years of having black hair.

Look up lucid dreaming. You'll be able to analyze your dreams as they happen. Don't take my word for it, but if you're going to sleep anyway, you may as well have fun discovering how your brain processes thoughts into images.
