my boyfriend, and the love of my life broke up with me today.
because i said that another guy was hott.
i love him so much and i am a total mess right now.
i know i shouldn't have said that guy was hott,
but what am i supposed to do...i dont think i can live
with him...somebody help please.

Sorry honey, but that is really kind of pathetic on your boyfriends part. How insecure is he? He must be very controlling if you can't even have an opinion about another person.
I suspect that in the long run you will be better off without him if he is really that immature and insecure, because people like that will only continue to make you feel miserable, just like you feel now. Constant guilt trips and having to walk on eggshells and watch everything you say, everyone you look at and probably even what you wear (oh my god, don't dress too provocatively and have any other men look at YOU!). That will be an exhausting and miserable existence for you both.
Take some time to be on your own and be independent, make sure you are taking care of yourself in every area of life to ensure you are successful on your own in terms of education, career, finances and that you have a strong support system of family and friends and interests of your own and then you can find a man who is worthy of dating a strong, intelligent, confident woman like YOU!

GIVE HIM A MINUTE TO COOL OFF FOR ONE. BUT THE BIGGER QUESTION IS, IS THIS THE FIRST TIME THAT YOU'VE DONE SOMETHING LIKE THIS? OR HAVE YOU TWO EVER HAD TRUST ISSUES..? CAUSE I CAN'T SEE HIM JUST DUMPING YOU OVER THAT YOU KNOW? if he were worth dating he would be able to trust you. that was not fair for him to break up with you for something as little as that. that shows that he is not confident and he needs to get a grip. try talking to him, tell him he can trust you...and it's not like he never looked at other girls while you two were together. it's a natural instinct! if you talk to him and things still don't work out, ditch him and ask that other hot guy out!
