My Dad had installed the Norton software on the new computer when we got the new over over a year ago.
However, he recently in stalled the "PC-cillin software" on the computer because he says it is better than Norton on computer virus protection.
Unfortunately, he can't seen to "un-install" or get rid of the Norton system.
Anyone, have any advice or anything to get rid of it(Norton).
With both virus protction systems in the computer, it makes
it VERY, VERY difficult to print out items off web-pages, reads certain e-mails, or print out anything as such.
I have to close out of the "Internet Explorer" and start all ove, on
again on emails or anything when using the computer.

It's a pain because it is running and the program does not like to unistall when it is running.
Norton does not run when the computer is in Safe Mode

Go into Safe Mode and into Add\Remove from the Control Panel
