I don't know about Nepali, but Hindi is "pyaar" and Urdu is "Mohabbat"

Love is only one word in English
But in Urdu, there are different words for different stages.
1. unsiyath (infatuation).
2.chahath
3.pyaar mohabath.
4.ulfath
5. ishq
