I dont know what comes over me...Can anyone help me with this problem and how i can overcome my shyness? What can i do?

just think of it this way...she's your friend and talk to her like you're talking to your close bud... she'll appreciate it.
some girl might find shyness cute! (i do) but some find it irritating...
i relly dont know how you can muster up your confidence to talk to her...just do so...
she might get tired of waiting for you to make the first move..
go for it lover boy!

It's just like life buddy, you have to go get what it is you want! Mind over matter. If you want her bad enough then you will come up with the nerve to ask her out. What are you afraid of? All she can do is say yes or no, so what's the big deal?

You are obviously shy because you like her. I think the only way
to get past it is to jump in with both feet. Just ask her out.
Its tough.......its scary, but that is really the only way to overcome your shyness..........at least that is the only thing that I can think of.
Or maybe try to pretend like you dont like her.... try to picture her
as just "one of the guys"......dont treat her like one of the guys, but try to picture that as you talk to her.

ummm just try your hardest to be yourself, and relax cuz if you ever do go out wit her you dont wana be more shy than you already are now cuz ya gota be able to talk to her ya know lol....and if you really want you could even just tell her how you feel about her, who knows she might even feel da same way life's all about takin risks right....just make sure you take da right ones lol

Hang out with her and other friends, she won't feel as vulnurable.

Just be yourself. Ask her out, all she can say is no, all people are shy when they first meet someone new
