A Scouser is someone native to Liverpool, Merseyside, UK. The name comes from a traditional stew like dish brought over by the Scandinavians when the Vikings invaded large parts of England. The dish was originally called lobscouse (or lobscows), but is now know as just scouse, giving Liverpudlians their nickname.

Come to Liverpool and try it - you'll love it!
