I want to build a parachute, for a 3 lb payload,link to plans to build a good one. Points for Easy but Stable.

I will be using Mylar as my material, so if anyone has tips for working with it, feel free to add it.

All I can tell you is that you can get your materials from paragear (www.para-gear.com). As for the design, you probably need to contact a Master Rigger, ask at the nearest Drop Zone. Here is the link: http://www.uspa.org/dz/index.htm.
