What is the impact of mid-year reports for colleges making your decision on admission?

Would a D in an honors Calculus class hurt my chances for admission into schools such as: NYU, BC, Haverford, Lehigh?

My sat scores were pretty good (1340) and my essays and extra curriculars are solid. My GPA was 3.3

Unless you applied early decision, this grade will hurt you. But your grades (3.3 gpa) aren't stellar anyway so you are a marginal candidate at best already.
