Even if they are illegal if they are more qualified than me to work the job then more power to them....

I'm a Financial Adviser and I don't think too many illegal aliens with "better qualifications" could do my job.Most don't even know what it is,much less be able to do it.
First of all a degree in Economics,is a must.Then being able to pass and hold all the federal licenses that are required so that I can do my job.
The people that are being undercut with the low wages the illegal alien is willing to work for are the Americans that have had the least advantages..Not everyone can afford to go to college,not everyone was able to get thru high school,some had to work at low paying jobs to help their mom or just support themselves.
Because illegal aliens have a lower standard of living than even our poor legal Americans they can work for penny's on the dollar.As I said even our poor in the USA live better.
A degree in dish washing ,lawn mowing or a Master in ditch digging doesn't take qualifications.It just takes a body to do it,they don't have to be smart.

I have seen Hispanics rise up to management positions ( These people new English, and I m 100% sure they were legal), I have also seen a Hispanics get fired because he was out of the bathroom stall and was wiping his butt in front of a trash can for the whole world to see.
If you think these companies are hiring Illegals because they are hard workers, then you are 100% wrong. However , some of them use the system to get their foot in the door, and rise up to being more then a non-speaking tax leach, but your garden variety illegal immigrant is content sucking off this counties resources.
Race has nothing to do with intelligence, or the drive to become better then what you are. It seems to me you are another person trying to justify a free handout.

More qualified? I doubt it, since most of them work in jobs that do not require any qualifications. (jobs that even the uneducated, the mentally incapable, or children could do without messing up)
Companies that hire illegals are not interested in their job performance, but in the amount of money they can save. For example, when you get your paycheck, the government holds about 7% for social security, right? The amount of social security that actually would be withheld is about 14%. The employer splits the cost with the employee.
This is just one of the benefits of paying an employee under the table. I can name more if you'd like, but this answer is starting to drag on.
They do not hire illegals because they work harder or are more qualified. It's simply a money thing.

If they get promoted, it is because they do a good job I would think. But companies hire illegals to put more profit in their pockets at the expense of the American worker, which also why they outsource jobs. It has nothing to with skill level and everything to do with greed. Also, illegals come quite often as entry level workers with no previous work experience. This hardly makes them more qualified.

Illegals can't work in the US. Which is why they end up getting the jobs that most of us would never do. Like working in fields picking fruits and veggies.
I don't know if you heard, but they recently busted thousands of illegal immigrants for using American ID's to get work. And they are being deported.

most illegals are under qualified, but if an illegal gets promoted or get a job over you because they're more qualified, and not cheaper and harder working, then damn. you must be the dumbest person alive.
