Depends on what the person did. I had a guy that said he was divorced. After a couple of months of going out I noticed him acting shady. His excuses for not being able to meet up was getting horrible. He forgot to mention that he moved and I found out why. I did some research on the internet. Found some old address(s). Staked them out and found out that he moved back in with ex wife. So I got even by sending all my old e-mails from him, items that were his in a box and dropped them off at his house, while his wife was there. Ok and I added a nasty bumper sticker to his car. After all that I felt so much better. Give it out of your system. Make it fun!

It's a true waste of spirit to have a soul full of spite and anger...move on, rise above it and stop letting that person revel in the glee of what they did to you...show them by being more mature and going on with your life as if you were never affected by their actions that it is they who have missed out on a good thing...not you...Don't act as if you are damaged goods...nothing has ever been broken that could not be fixed in time.

depends on what your lover did to you, sometimes vengence is good, but other times, you go to far, and you make yourself look guilty.

they can only do to you what you allow them to do. dont try to get revenge, it will come back to you in one way or another. just let it go and leave them be. take care.
