I know it's easy because my friends daughter married one and he told us how easy it is . If you have the money to buy it , and they do , you get it .Nobody questions them .

I have heard it is easy if you know where to go(and I don't).
It was easy for these people to have their ID's stolen and their lives turned upside down.

It is easy, but you have to have the right connections. People that have been here for years, know the system, know who to go see for documents. Its a big business. You dont actually think that all of the illegals don't have any kind of contacts here, damn right they do. I am more than sure that they have contacts and connections at every border town and in many levels. Money is the motovation, and many have it, need it, and want it.
