I have fragile hair that breaks and I was wondering if this would cut it or do I need to break down and get a salon profetional product. THis is a leave in spray. Let me know if you have any negatives or positives about this product.

glittergirl and I are right. It makes you get dandruff. I can't even use tresemme mousse without getting flakes everywhere. I now use Mane 'n Tail mixed with any of the schwartskopf (german) lines of shampoo and conditioner. No more dandruff.

hey i also have hair that breaks easily mainly because of the chemicals on it lol, but im currently training 2 be a hairdresser and found out products on the hight street are mainly jus silicone based which means that they are not protecting the hair just coating it to give it a nice shine if u are looking for a deep protective spray i would suggest either the bed head range availalable in most salons or going into a salon and purchasing from there it is more expensive but they do work better also try a heat protecter spray too that way youre protecting the hair too! x x x

I have the tresemme anti-breakage shampoo and I did not like it, because my family has dandruff and I do not usually have it but I had been using the shampoo and conditioner and I had really bad dandruff, I don't know much about the detangler but it probably wont work as nice as Solon stuff. good luck

I haven't used the tresemme...but I have used a spray from Joico (I got it at Ulta) that works very well! I use that along with the protect and shine serum and it has really helped my hair be stronger!

In my experience products used post shower do not work as well as ones you use in shower and rinse out.
Using a conditioner in the shower makes comb out much easier and excess product is rinsed away.
